The programs offered by RTC Collage are open to men and women with a desire to become skilled in their chosen field. Applicants must be over the age of 17 and possess a high school diploma, GED equivalent, or pass an  Ability To Benefit (ATB) entrance exam. The School determines whether an applicant is qualified for admission through evaluation and interview assessment for physical capacity. ATB tests are used to determine their aptitude and adaptability to learning and "Ability To Benefit" as well as the required Capacity to Benefit. TABE minimum scoring is accepted for Admission, based on TABE scoring standards. This exam is administered in English or Spanish based on a students' request.. Each candidate is toured, and counseled to determine their aptitude for the desired occupation. An Applicant may observe classes for a day prior to deciding on enrollment.  If a determination is made that  the applicant is eligible for admission, enrollment and registration is arranged at the applicants and/or counselors request. All procedures and requirements as described above are identical for special need applicants. The Admissions process for Vocational Rehabilitation Students is the same as stated above, however the student must also complete and  individual skill and learning evaluation  during the application process.
